It is said that this type of wok had gone through a electrochemical process which is non-porous to be used for safe cooking. The hard anodized cookware can prevent the food from sticking and easily clean which makes it durable for daily use. Comparing with other non stick cookware, it has a longer lifespan which is scratch resistant as well as non toxic for cooking.

Our Review

Over the years, we had tried many different types of cookwares and it seems that majority of them do not last for long usage. We had used IH frying pans, telfon coated pans, ceramic pans, etc but none seems to last more than a year of use.

Until we saw a demo on the hard-anodized wok and how it was used to do the normal cooking. Indeed we were impressive with the use of this wok. We did some reseach and found that it is not only safe for cooking since the surface does not peel like those telfon coated and it is able to withstand high temperature unlike the IH frying pan cannot as it also peel after prolong use in high temperature. After many attempts of finding the right wok for cooking, we are now currently using this Super B wok and will update again if there is other better ones than this.
